Dogworks aim to provide a professional, caring service to all our patients. Dogworks requires you to read the terms of business below and please complete our can be requested here. 

All small animal patients treated by Dogworks need a consent/referral form signed and dated by your vet before assessment and treatment can begin. Once you have the referral signed please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Payment of the session must be made at the end of each treatment.

There will be times when you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment we require a 48 hour notice period. If cancellation or you do not attend your session within 48 hours of your appointment, the session will be charged at full price.

If your dog has any contagious disease or illness we will need to re-arrange the appointment and the cancellation policy applies.

For health and safety if you have any other dogs in your household please only bring the dog referred for treatment to your session. Please ensure they have toileted before the treatment session.

By signing the Consent form and attending the appointment you are agreeing to the additional terms and conditions set out here.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) no personal information will be shared with any third parties. Only at the request of the owner will any information be passed on to veterinary professionals. Information is kept in locked cabinet and destroyed after 5 years in line with legislation.

Electronic messages are encrypted end to end and they will only be used if the owners are happy to communicate this way.
